No payment is required for the free 20-minute assessment. No refund applies.

Our monthly packages — Little Learner ($29/month), Starter ($39/month), Progress ($55/month) and Intensive ($85/month) — are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for unused sessions. Sessions already delivered within the package period are non-refundable. To cancel a monthly subscription and stop future renewals, email hello@taleemkids.com at any time before the next renewal date.

Email hello@taleemkids.com with your booking reference and reason. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 working days. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.
