These terms govern your use of TaleemKids, operated by Ruwad Enterprises Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi. By using TaleemKids you agree to these terms.

TaleemKids provides online Islamic education for children including live tutoring sessions, educational games, Islamic stories, and an AI Quran guide.

All bookings are subject to teacher availability. A confirmation email is sent upon successful booking. TaleemKids reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to teacher unavailability with advance notice.

One free 20-minute Quran level assessment is available per family. The assessment is non-transferable and has no cash value.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle is responsible for handling all customer billing, payment processing, and returns on behalf of TaleemKids. When you make a purchase on TaleemKids, your payment is processed by Paddle and your purchase receipt will show Paddle as the seller. For any billing queries please contact Paddle directly at paddle.com or contact us at hello@taleemkids.com.

• Free assessment sessions — no payment is required and therefore no refund applies.
• Monthly packages (Little Learner $29/month, Starter $39/month, Progress $55/month, Intensive $85/month) — full refund available within 14 days of the original purchase date for unused sessions. Sessions already delivered within the package period are non-refundable. To cancel a monthly subscription and stop future renewals, email hello@taleemkids.com at any time before the next renewal date.

Parents may cancel a session by emailing hello@taleemkids.com at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Teachers will make every effort to provide notice if they need to cancel.

TaleemKids is a respectful learning environment. Any abusive behaviour toward teachers or platform staff will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.

All content on TaleemKids including stories, games, and teaching materials is the property of TaleemKids and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

These terms are governed by the principles of fair and transparent business practice. For any disputes please contact us first at hello@taleemkids.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.
